Meeting Horror Master Wes Craven

Nightmare on Elm Street
Creator, Director, Producer and Writer Wes Craven has been responsible for scaring me for years with his creations like Nightmare On Elm Street, The Hills have Eyes, Scream and so many more. I remember asking him if he wasn’t in the movie business today, what would he like to be doing? And I was surprised when he answered back “ a Professor or Jet pilot maybe a Disney animator, that this is what he was aiming for as a kid. So he blew my hair back and I mentioned so it was a fluke accident how you got into the movie business and he was like Oh yea for sure.

You remember captain spalding from House of 1000 Corpses and the Devils rejects?

They had this really big tent up and we went in and there were bottles of animals with two heads , there was even a mummy in a coffin witch was interesting. I could swear it all looked so real it got me to run outside and question the owner who was nice enough to give me a tour. When I had asked him if it was real? he said...…

The World of SCFI

This picture is so wrong we’re sitting at a masquerade party, and talking about the wonderful costumes but not having one single picture of the show ..I’m an artist not a photographer.

Smallville's Michael Rosenburn also attended the expo, he was really nice to the fans there.

Joining the Dark Side

Darth Vader made the scene, as I fight along side the rebels the stormtroopers proved to strong in numbers. I was captured and given the choice to join the dark side or die in battle.
Melody to was captured, they didn’t even have to ask her she told them “where do I sign” she was named short claw for her hight and viciousness.

And so I joined the dark side attacking rebels with our firing cannons, My master named me Dark Shadow for I was an enemy that could not be seen or captured.
Darkclaw in the end changed her mind and switched to the rebels, of course she took a couple of our storm troopers with her.
Victory came swift and justice was found with a hard fist and gun, me and my storm troopers fight in Darth Vader’s name and honor.
Melody tried out Nintendo’s Wi game console and gave it a thumbs up.
My Favorite Part of the Expo
Alex Ross my favorite comic book artist was gracious enough to sign some of the work that I had been collecting from him.
Melody takes a photo with Alex
Me and Alex Ross take a picture together, that was really cool.
Feeling inspired I drop to the floor and begin drawing.
Gabriele Dell’Otto another of my favorite painters, he mentioned to me he uses acrilics for his painting, and when he told me he paints on standard size comic boards I was really impressed because that’s tuff to do.
If I get caught in a line up I start drawing in my sketchbook, helps pass the time quick.

Scott Campbell comic book penciler; I’m a fan of his graphic novel series Wildsiders.

Wildsiderz is a great comic book
EXPO 2006 & Hobbycon 2005
Jim Lee is a brand name in itself, he’s done it all and he’s still doing it. I got the chance to meet him back in 2006
This is issue 1 witch I had picked up back in I believe 1993.
I saved the best for last with writer Chris Claremont, Now if anybody knows me well then they would know that I am the biggest X-men fan out there, this is the comic that I started reading when I was 10 and continue reading today. Chris Claremont had been writing the X-Men series for 14 years telling some of the best X-Men stories ever told in the history of the series. Ive been reading his work since then so getting to meet him was a huge honor for me.

This is the title that got its hooks into me when I was 10, and opened the door to reading comic books until today. This is a story about a group of people who are cast out by soceity because they are not deemed "normal" One man finds them and groups them together to form a team that can save the planet.
